Extract From Event Page:
This follows on from two concerts held back in April to raise funds to fight Malaria in Waterloo, Sierra Leone, at a school which my school (Great Barr) works with. The two days raised an astonishing £9000 in total to help development in one of the worlds most underdeveloped countries, aided brilliantly by the likes of Stuntdog, Skew Whiff, Tallulah Fix, The Roving Crows, Highway 5, Stompin’ on Spiders and Calm Like A Riot to name but a few, and of course the students from Great Barr who helped, and all those who donated, sponsored, and attended a phenomenal two days. However, our work still continues there with both the school and the hospital being our primary focus for the coming year; and there will be another all-dayer on Sunday December 11th. Entry will be a minimum donation of £4 on the door, all funds raised going to further our aid work. We can’t wait to see you.
