Last Months Highlights
We supported Radio Legend and comedian Phill Jupitus at the Hereford Courtyards – Court laughing festival. It was pretty glorious really, the sun was shining, and we were on the tiniest stage in the largest marquee known to man, with the heady and galvanizing aroma of Barbecue wafting sultrily toward us from the other end.
Here at camp Ronin, our rock and roll vice is mostly food.
Our second date with Artstar – the first being Court Laughing  – was the day after at the always enjoyable Re-con club Malvern, Its hard to write about playing the Re-con, because it’s always the same standard of excellence, we love it, anyone who was there – you are awesome, great job! We unveiled our newest unusual/inappropriate cover, which is going down quite well – Survivor by Destiny’s Child, If you haven’t heard us do it, come down to a gig, Its so much fun.
Among a myriad of other great gigs, including a birthday party (now booking for weddings and Bar Mitzvahs), we also had the pleasure of playing Rock night at Fever Nightclub in Redditch, awesome fun, we played on a light-up dance floor – the place is usually a Disco themed club I think. Super-fan Natalie Clements brought us a home baked Ronin Symbol cake too, with Marzipan, it was so good and has led us to think we may have a problem, Is their a food addicts anonymous or is it just weight watchers?
We put on a gig a while back for New Hope Charity, a local Charity that helps less able children in the local area. Here is Loz catching up with them..
But what have you been up to? We are genuinely interested, if you’ve got a great story to tell, drop us a message on our Facebook wall –Facebook.com/RoninMusicUk
Cheers, nice to see you, thank you so much for supporting us, we really really appreciate it. Have a great day!
